Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
We offer courier shipping and shipping via nearest Pep Stores. Courier shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location and with Pep it might take 7-14 business days.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
No, we currently provide shipping in South Africa only.
We will not be responsible for the order that is lost at the hands of courier company or Pep, we will assist you in tracking the order.
Our return policy allows for returns within 14 days of purchase with proof of receipt. Items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to receive a return authorization. They will guide you through the process. However, you are responsible for the shipping costs to return the order. We will only refund the shipping cost if the reason for return is a fault on our side.
If your item is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund. The replacement or refund will be implimented after we have received the item back from you. We will only replace or refund if the fault is on our side, but if you received the order in good condition and you damaged it, there will be no refund or replacement.
Unfortunately, personalized or customized items are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective when you receive them.
